Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province is the intellectual property administrative department set up by Jiangsu provincial government. It is in charge of the mangagement of intellectual property work, such as patent, trademark, geographical indication. The mainly jobs are of coordinating Jiangsu IP work, carrying out IPR administrative protection, cultivating IP talents and organizing foreign cooperation activities. Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province dedicates to publicizing the IP legal knowledge, establishing the IPR protection system, building IP public service platforms, promoting the utilization of IP such as trademarks, patents, geographical indications, promoting the innovation and development of enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of industries, so as to provide professional guidance and services for entrepreneurs and innovators in the whole society.
